Our Twinkle Tubmble Wanderland Package inlcudes:

Our packages include full set up and packdown, all cleaning and sanitising of equipment and fully insured.

Pricing:
Soft Play Hire $280
Travel Fee - Adelaide Metro $95
Refundable Bond $100

By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

Deposits must be paid within 7 days, if it has not been paid your date is released

Once equipment has been set up by us it cannot be moved

Any damage caused by clients will result in the bond not being refunded and may have additional fees for repairs

The bond will be refunded to you upon collection of our equipment if there is no damage. Please allow up to 2 business days for this.

If your event is outside and on the day there is rain, or the chance of rain, or hot temperatures we will not allow the equipment to be exposed, you will need a backup location under cover, if not we have the right to cancel your booking

Please ensure your invoice is paid in full two weeks prior to the event date

Cancellations:
At Sprout and Sprinkle, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our customers and ensure a smooth booking process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made four weeks or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than four weeks before the scheduled date will receive a 25% refund.

In the event of extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are encouraged to review our cancellation policy prior to booking. For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us directly to discuss options and arrangements.
